heaters and not once encountered a problem. Water heaters are becoming more and more
expensive each year with new emission laws coming daily. We recommend that
you replace your water heater every 10-15 years. It is also suggested that
you have your water heater inspected and flushed out every 6 months. This
helps to prolong the life of the heater and continue to give you the most
efficiency possible. Please refer to our
maintenance plan for this and other important plumbing issues. If you

contact us and we will be happy to help you. If you have a leak on your water heater
then 9 times out of 10 it is a minor repair. There is only a few reasons you
would have to replace the heater. 1. If the tank itself has a leak 2. Not producing enough hot water 3. Too many water deposits in the tank You can replace the hose bib, Flex lines,
thermo-cupler, Unitrol and more on a water heater. If you are unsure about
needing to repair or replace the heater, please call us and we will answer
